Surface pen slow response

It happened on both onenote and drawboard pdf. When I write a word on my surface pro 3, it is normal at first stroke, but then it freeze and no stroke produced when I write second stroke.

I have reported the issue, but is it my own problem or driver problem or firmware problem?
I just updated the 26 march firmware

Try installing the latest drivers from Wacom, if that doesn't work recycle your pc fromm settings
