Tap to Wake toggle shows for spilt second

Ok Icon owners, go to Settings, Touch and as the Touch menu is open you can see the "Double Tap to Wake" toggle for a split second while the screen loads...

I wonder if we tap fast enough ....

Lol, is that what it says? I do see something quickly disappear, but it's too quick to tell what. Can you try taking a perfectly timed screenshot? Lol
