Touch not responding properly after replacement?

I got my Lumia 520 screen replaced but after replacement the touch isn't responding properly or accurately. Also, I have to press the 'Start' button harder in order for it to work. Is there a way by which I can calibrate touch? I've already done a factory reset but it's not helping and using the keyboard is becoming a headache...

My guess is you fixed it at a repair shop that uses imitation screens, sometime there can be bad ones so i would ask the shop who fixed it to replace it again. I my self work at a phone/tablet repair shop and we see these problems a lot with iPhone screens since Apple does not supply spare parts so were bound to imitation parts. Bad parts can be returned no problem so they have to replace it for a 2nd time under the shops warranty.

Thanks for your reply.

My primary concern is "proving" to the repair shop that the screen isn't working properly. An average person with the phone in his hands for 10 seconds or so wouldn't really be able to know unless he/she is really observant.
