Sorry, but week 32 started today (4th)...

So by that reckoning, all devices in that region should now be updated. They aren't, so it's safe to say we can bin that chart and not bother referring to it ever again because it's useless.

True, though Microsoft has said for a quite long time that the update will be made available during this summer. I've seen few tweets from @Nokia saying that everyone will get Cyan in Q3 (sorry, no link as I'm writing this from my phone) ie. before September. That would mean three weeks from now. However, Microsoft must speed up if they want to finish the roll during this month.

Agreed, but then they didn't count on Bitlocker causing issues with the 8.1 Preview when those timescales were drawn up - which hasn't helped matters much. I get where you're coming from though.

Let's get a little bit exotic:
Does anynone know something whats new in Italy (vodafone) within 1520 and cyan?

But I think I know the answer already :/?!

Waiting impatiently here... and can't understand what's delaying it, other than the fact that they choose to make you wait. With GDR1 out it's even more stupid.

How do you think those with CV handsets feel... I mean they don't have to mess about with carrier approvals but we still have to wait.

I'm also on CV! It's obvious that it's done and tested but still they make us wait because they let the newer models have it first (just like we won't be getting all of the new features either) ...chronologically L1020 should be the next model to get it. But first - cyan for 520 for 'orange' carrier in france...

I quite agree... how rude of them lol.

I am in Australia, Victoria actually and on checking my phone at 11:45am I was greeted with an update installation request. It was full screen and suggested I install the WP 8.1 Preview which is strange as I already had it installed and had so for a couple of months. Phone is a 620 so when update is finished (currently grinding gears) will update this post. Cheers.

That'll be Update 1 which seems to have been released today for Dev Preview. No sign of Cyan yet for my 1020.

So people are getting an update to 8.1 Dev Preview while MS struggles to rollout Cyan. Sheesh. Thumbs Down.
