Looking back at this chart from BGR, week #29 is July 22nd (+/- a day) and week 32 is August 12th. Correct me if I am wrong but hasn't the update been released for 925; 1020 & 1520 devices? Therefore, doesn't the release appear to be following this schedule? And one could assume that the bulk of the Windows 8 phones will get the update at the same time? OR does this just a chart mean nothing to American Windows 8 Phone holders (even though it is in English)? Just asking...

I'm also curious as to why none of these charts ever show the 928??

That chart is for the BeNeLux region, and the 928 is a Verizon US exclusive.

Still rocking with that BS Chart aye ? That chart is just a HOAX, made by an random stranger who was just speculating & few parts of it came through so people are starting to believe it, trust me kid, leave this chart behind !
