Track WP8.1 + Lumia Cyan Rollout!

All are same both nokia and Ms...both are giving same answers testing coming etc etc...no proper answer.....

I did point out that 3UK and O2(uk) have tested and approved all Lumias. The guy simply referred to the same Nokia web page that we are all using saying they were under testing. He knew nothing about the statements issued by O2 and 3. Seems MS's internal communications are as bad as those with customers.

I've had replies from monkeys at 3 who clearly didn't know what I was talking about let alone what they were saying. 3 say its MS, MS say its 3 and I say its a big cluster****.

Cyan Rollout handling is the worst by Microsoft. That's how you spoil your image in the tech world. We shall be very lucky to get it in time for Christmas!

It'll be interesting if on Aug 7 Cyan will be rolled out on other devices too in Italy (and I hope in other countries too).

Hey Microsoft don't waste your time in multiple things. If you update the Lumia mobile, do that. If you release 8.1 update 1, do that. If you do new things, do it. Don't do All the things together. You do all at a time, you will lose your customer. THINK IT MAN

TWO THINGS:
1. ASKING WHEN CYAN WILL BE RELEASED FOR YOUR HEADSET IS A WASTE OF TIME IT WILL BE ON THE wpc SITE/TWITTER/NOKIA SITE NOBODY KNOWS STOP ASKING PLEASE
2. No fix has been issued for bit locker EVERYONE on 8.1 dp must downgrade their phone with nokia's tool to get cyan when it is released for your phone.

So again nobody knows when your Lumia xxxx will get cyan in India or anywhere else
