I just want to get cyan on my 822. I'm tired of waiting for the update to be released to each INDIVIDUAL phone type. Why can't we all just get it at once?

Oh grow up! If its not released it is fair to assume there are problems with it. Do you want a stable release or not? It's only firmware, OS updates are far more important. Joe Belfiore has already confirmed Cyan will be coming for DFP so go to GDR1 and enjoy the new features.

I have got info from another forum - allegedly Cyan for PFD was released yesterday. If its true for what mobile devices? Can anybody verify this info?

Pity, 1 month down & all I can see is Lumia 1520 getting the WP8.1+Cyan update, Pity Microsoft really..

Even Google/Apple is not this slow once they officially announce & launch an update for their latest techs.

In case of Apple, the reason why there so fast is because THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PIECE OF PHONE.....GET IT???? ONE whereas we have 520,620,625,720,820,920,925,1020,1520,929,928,1320!
So please do check your facts MS HATER....!!!

Edit: AND GUESS WHAT?? The 2012 flagship S3 ain't even getting Kitkat due to ram issues which is bull**** considering kiktkat is optimized to run even on 512 Mb of ram while my 920 will be getting 8.1 and update 1 etc too SO MR.speedy?? Any more things you want to share?

Maybe it is the waste of time, but jesus, lumia 920 and 925 are except camera module almost identical devices, so why the Cyan is availiable for l925 for a week or two and for l920 still nothing? This is just ridiculous guys...

920s screen is LCD,925-amoled
920 has built in qi,925 doesn't.
Camera module different.
Other motherboard differences are also present as 925 is thinner than the 920.

Honestly, i'd be fine with that. i would just like some clarity on what they're doing with the update right now. It seems like they're focusing on those who already have it with the GDR1 update they just put out. Microsoft, Nokia, and whatever carrier all have twitter. They could easily let us know what's going on.

If MS was going to launch them all at once, they would have done it by now... One device per two weeks or something, my b'day will come by the time cyan comes and it will be Christmas holidays, where as they said it will be out this summer -_- this totally sucks

All phones getting updates simultaneously will be very convenient, set a good example and earn praises for Microsoft and keep customers happy. That's exactly why Microsoft Will NOT do that.
Expect an update a week or now maybe a month. Hope to get it before Spring 2015. Thinking of getting the iPhone 6/Air this fall.
