Turning on Narrator in ease of access made phone Unresponsive. What do I do?

I have a lumia 1320 with WP8.1dp . When I turned on the Narrator in Ease Of Access in settings. my phone became unresponsive. touch stopped and the back, start and search buttons became unresponsive. Also Yellow borders appeared wherever i touched the screen. Restarting the Phone didn't solve the problem. Can anyone tell me how to do a hard reset using hardware buttons? help me!

I have turned it on by mistake n now having trouble in turning it off,,tried as u all guys told but my phone is password protected,,so even if i type it correctly,its not getting unlocked :unhappy: please anyone help me :unhappy:

Hold the "Volume Up" button and then tap the "Start/Windows" button. This will disable narrator. In narrator mode, you have to double tap on everything to make it work, which is why it looks like it's being unresponsive.

I turned it on out of curiosity! Well you know what they say about that?
Nearly drove me mad! :devil:/
Once you turned it off this time go into setti.gs and disable the narrator toggle option and it should not bother you again...ever! :smile:
