Unable to update picsart app, error code: 80073cfb

Hi all,

Am unable to update the pics art app it shows the error code as 80073cfb
I've tried updating after restarting the device, have cleared all the temporary files in IE, uninstalled the app and now unable to download and the same error shows up
Is there any other way to update/install the app?

Will "reset" of phone works?

It got resolved for me
Disconnected the wifi and downloaded through mobile data
Installed successfully

I am experiencing a similar problem with other apps. They just won't update and I've tried with WiFi and without. My problem apps are calculator?, Bing Translator, and Receipt Tracker. I've even uninstalled them all and tried downloading them again with no luck. I'm beginning to think that the L830 is beginning to show the results of AT&T's lack of support.
