Volume Bar isn't expand on .494 build.

Hello guys,
From yesterday, after th2 pc CU announcement. I see the changes in volume bar.
Now, I can't expand volume bar button to toggle Vibration mode and Media+Apps Volume.

It is mandatory to open media & app to turn off the Media + Apps volume.

Try a soft reset. It works as usually

Switching off my phone worked..
