Did some testing and turning off mobile data seems to stop the battery drain on my L930

Me too, turning off mobile data seems to do it.
I had been using bettery monitor set to 6 hours and turning off background processes but it seems to just randomly move to another app so must be internal not app related.
First one Microsoft health sucked 60% of my battery, turned it off and then it moved to Cortana, turned that off and it moved to outlook.
It seems that something just hooks into a random background process and runs it like the bejesus until your battery dies.
Wierd that turning off Mobile Data seems to work though as I am on wireless around 90% of my day..

I always reset and start fresh on each build, I really don't mind it . Unfortunately my battery life is still awful.

Yep me too on my 930, I have never used a restore, I just use it as an excuse to re-jig my start screen etc. Doesn't take long to re-install the apps..

Wow really?!?!? at times I hardly touch it and still have to charge it two to barely make it the end of the day!

I too had the over heating battery and not lasting more than a few hours since this install. I have fallen back to build 14295 now. I do not plan to continue the testing if they are not going to allow the FM Radio. That is the number one reason I bought my 640. Second was for windows 10. Once Microsoft adds FM radio back, I will continue on, but for now I will stay at 14295.

Here Maps is history, MS Maps is the new front end with Here Maps behind it. Recent updates to MS Maps make it look and act more and more like Here Maps.

Searching the Updated Store App, I noticed that the new format of the store is most difficult (IMO) to gain ANY useful information regarding an Apps utility. Am I missing something, or has the description of an App, and the Screen shoots of that App, disappeared?

Something different (for me anyway), I had to do a soft-reset to get my 950XL to recognize the OEM charger; upon restart I was asked by MSFT if the soft reset was due to a problem, or not - and asked for feedback when I replied "yes" to the question...smart way to get factual data, if you ask me...KUDOS!

Mark, for the last 3 builds (.001, .003, .004), I have had to do multiple soft restarts to move past the Windows Splash Screen? other than that, I have no real issues also (950XL).

I've also had this, but it is probably a bug. We need to wait for an update.

Anyone unable to set automatic restart after an update? That's the 2nd time I found a yellow notice "Next time I'll try at 2:42 a.m., last time I cannot restart your phone"

My active hours stop at 2:00 am, I can't enable Custom Restart Time

Yesterday, during three phone calls, my 950 did a reboot during each one. This was on .1003. I had never had that happen before. I had seen the phone freeze and reboot directly after a phone call, but never while I was using the phone.

I updated to .1004 overnight. I don't use the phone to make or receive calls all that often, so we'll see if there's a difference in this build. I tried calling my voicemail for awhile this morning and it was ok.

Anyone else seen that issue on the 950 or other phones?

I am on latest build on my L930 and my laptop..But i didn't get the new store yet. anybody facing this issue?
