Ha ha.
This is simply because I was able to sell a few items and someone was willing to accept Amazon credit in lieu of cash.
In these times, Amazon credits can be almost as good as cash.

Like I said, at least one of us is still living the dream.

You couldn't have missed it if you watched the debates with Hillary. His nose was beet red and he was constantly sniffling. Unfortunately most were transfixed with his stalking behind her to have noticed.
And here I was thinking he was getting too high off his own projectile vomit that he was spewing in those moments...

Bears repeating how minimal (outside of mostly homeless) Penn Station looks on what would be a busy Saturday afternoon...20200425_124739.jpeg20200425_124927_HDR.jpeg20200425_124931.jpeg

So I'll be brutally honest here: I have a certain level of privilege working for a hospital, and that has been useful when it comes to filtering information during the pandemic.

It's been helpful where the hospital has been relatively transparent with the information provided by updates. I'm seeing much more people in higher leadership than ever before. You know stuff is getting done to take care of patients and staff. While there are some politics within the institution I may never agree with, I respect the fact that I get access to good information where I can draw my own conclusions personally on navigation of this pandemic.

So I don't have to watch the news as much or even use social media as key sources of medical updates. The amount of out there passing as information is crazy and deadly in many cases. I wish everyone had this level of access because what it has done for me is ensure I critically think in the right way when filtering information for both professional and personal use.

I'm sure you can dissregard a big chunk of lies and false informations outhere by turning on your brain for a few seconds.

He seems to hit several of these...

Common signs of cocaine use include:

Dilated pupils

Long periods of wakefulness

Loss of appetite

Overconfidence

Over-excitement

Paranoia

Runny nose or frequent sniffles

White powder around nostrils

Legal issues

Missing or being late to work

Financial problems

Mood swings

Irritability

Depression

Not sure he's a complete addict. Seen him sniffle a few times. He's had a lot of financial issues... Still does...

But yes, a complete megalomaniac. He's not a nice person by any stretch which he learnt from his father.

However, he's not as smart and definitely is suffering from mild dementia. Truth is he should be removed from office due to health but he's a useful ***** for the GOP.

His popularity is almost at that point where they might start to think he's more harm than good... However they're going to do their best to rig the election I'm sure.

How anyone can vote for this guy is beyond me or listen to his ramblings for more than two minutes.

Nothing he's said is worthy of historical documentation though I'm sure someone will make him look better than he was. Like Regan or Bush (either one).

Sadly, the USA is a mess. In general, people are good. I have little doubt you could generally have a decent conversation with most people, just not politics or religion.

It's a toxic environment there sadly.

All the stuff he's done has been out of either populism or sheer ignorance. Nothing he's done has served a purpose. He's pretty much doing either what he wants or what his voters want him to say/do to stay in power. That's pretty much it.

US has had it's share of bad presidents. No matter how bad this one is, he's got a tough competition from the Bush Jr.

Some of the has gotten very sophisticated though...yoyd be surprised.

I've seen some videos. They were packed with words like micro, nano, quantum, bunch of biology terms. All in all, many non related or still not proved things.

Oh, and 5G. They're going to fry us with the micro waves. Yet, their leader advises UV treatment.

The only 5G he knows about is this: 5G=5K=$5000.

I do like the cleaner look of the Galaxy Watch Active 2 (44mm). It is big enough and light enough where I can pair it with my 20mm bands and keep it moving. If I score one it has to be the stainless steel model. I do prefer the manual rotating bezel on the older Samsung watches. My galaxy watch has been doing just fine.

I'm still a massive fan of the basic Fossil and the Skagen lines. The Skagens are so, so clean. I was out with my attendjng, his wife and her best friend. His wife instantly knew it was a Skagen I was wearing when I had the OG Falster on.

I need to get my Galaxy watch Sport repaired - needs a battery swap and I haven't found a good set of screwdrivers to do it myself. Once it's fixed, I'll pair it with something - likely the V35.

Pixel 3XL is really nice, all notches considered. If I could have found a 128GB model, I could have likely just punted on the idea of getting a V50. I wish it had the 6GB RAM, but so far the phone feels OK. The stereo speakers are pretty nice. It's sad to see Google go away from this setup.

I'm very satisfied with it. It'll get some use for sure. It's a nice way to keep track of Google...even though I've ripped away using much of Google services on the device. If

The reason why I still got a V50? Versatility. This is good at with it does, but I prefer the versatility of the V50. The headphone jack is still important to me, as well as the expandable memory. The camera still has versatility, even though the Pixel has the better auto mode for the main sensor and selfie setup. I respect why LG dropped the telephoto lens on the V60 (you've never gotten to use their telephoto lens in manual mode - which I never understood), but the different focal lengths are nice to use.

To each his own, but I'm glad I waited to get the 3XL when I did.

It sounds like you got it at the right time. You are someone that uses both modes, so they have interlinked value for you. I think the headphone jack is underrated.

I am using both the wired and the wireless headphones, so that versatility is useful.

I liked the Pixel 3 series from when I saw it. From a value perspective, it wasn't offering the value for money I wanted. I also like the Pixel 4 line, but it offers to me less value for money than the 3 series.

I've decided to reduce my snacking and sweets intake. I never have been a heavy sweets person, but for a while I added a scoop of ice cream after dinner daily.

I'm taking a break from it and the cravings have been crazy. It's a month in and will take a while longer to break. Have to be careful as diabetes mellitus is a hereditary condition on my mother's side of the family. Now what I'll start doing is using less sugar in my coffee. Will likely take a coffee break for the next few days.

I used to drink lots of soda, even though I never put sugar in my coffee. I've given up the soda for about a year now and drink flavoured seltzer water with no artificial sweeteners. I like it, since it has the bubbles without the sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Unfortunately, there's an almond creamer whole paycheck had that I liked they no longer carry. That's what the sugar is now substituting for. I'll figure something out. Watching sugar intake is always a good thing to do.

I don't know why no one told me anything (I guess because most of y'all don't do Apple products or if you do, you don't buy from Apple directly) but Apple is allowing people to return their products purchased online within 14 days of the store's reopening. (The only exclusion is for trade-in devices.) Well, I have an additional thing to think about.

So what you're saying is that since you bought yours directly from Apple.com, you have more time to decide - in this case another 14 days after the stores re-open?
