What is this view mode in Here maps and how do I activate it?

In Lumia 720 product video, you can see a view mode in Here maps that I have no idea how to access:

You can see it during 0:16 - 0:22. I'd appreciate if anyone knows what that is and why I can't find it myself.

I think its part of the city lens app, but looks a little different.
