I wonder how are the rights separated in this forum ? If you are an American you can insult and go freely without any punishment but if you're an European and reply harshly then you're banned?
That moderator should learn the difference between insults and sarcasm, and if he punishes someone should do the same with the one that started it.
On the other hand I kindly request to unban my account and I will promise to reply with decency even if this forum makes discrimination based on ethnicity. Because clearly it does, you just cannot say it was right what happened"

There were more than one member reporting the post, which was clearly racist toward Filipinos and Indians.

Racism is racism, no matter what country a racist is from.

I also banned jcagga for racism. He was American and posted something racist toward African Americans.

I wonder why the PM wasn't sent to me. I did the ban.

I guess because I seem to write a lot of UK spellings on here, he may have guessed I share the same continent as his

This person took his complaints all the way to Daniel. I have to believe people are generally good but sometimes just don't get it. I can overlook almost any kind of harassment but I will not tolerate racist comments. If he was just joking in that thread why does he continue the racial segregation type comments in the PM. We can't take the chance that he makes another comment like that and we miss it. That is why I banned his new user name and declined to discuss the situation with him.
