Microsoft has lost me as a customer. When my Band 1 comes back from their warranty place, I am selling it and buying a Fitbit Charge HR. I have been wearing my wife's for the last couple of weeks and I love it. Seems like Microsoft is perfectly content to take my $200 to field test their not-ready-for-prime time device and then offer a paltry $13 trade in on the next generation. Not one more machine from their store or anything else that says Microsoft on it. B@$tards.
