I can't buy anything on my Lumia 520 in the Store

Hi! I want to buy Minecraft: PE for 1600 forint and when i click buy my phone says: This item can not be purchased. What can I do to buy that game? I live in Hungary. And my contract is Telenor. My op. version is WP 8.1 and I don't have Credit Card and PayPal.

Is this the first time you're attempting to buy an app? or have you had previous successful attempts?

You need money on your ms account. Try to buy a Microsoft gift card or Xbox gift card. You have to check some stores in your country to buy them. You can also buy them online but then you need a credit card. (and you do not have one)

No money no game. Can you buy Microsoft gift cards in Hungary?
What kind of telecom provider do you have. Maybe you can pay via your provider.
