Why does my AoE: castle siege says I need to sign into proper account?

AoE: castle siege says i need to sign into proper account

so i installed the latest preview (9926), and while the installation of the OS had no issues, microsoft has pulled an apple. i had AoE: castle siege installed on the last preview, and i installed it onto the new preview, only to have it tell me that i need to sign in with the purchasing account. this makes no sense to me as i there is only one account on the machine, and its the same account that i used when i downloaded it the first time, on the last preview.

any tips?

I've got the same issue since the update. It's a known issue with the update as stated in the release notes -

Xbox Live enabled games that require sign-in will not launch correctly. If you see the below dialog box the game requires Xbox Live sign-in. A fix for this will be distributed via WU shortly after the release of Build 9926

Hopefully the fix is sooner than later.
