Why does my phone show that my new SD card has errors?

I upgraded my class 4 SD card to class 10 ultra mobile, it's faster, gaming experience improved, but whenever I restart my phone it shows this annoying massage.
Why does this happen? How to avoid?

Could be a number of things.

If the card will primarily be used in that device, I'd recommend formatting it in that device, using whatever defaults it suggests.

Formatting it will delete all data from it.

I second that too. Just format the SD card on the device and it should be ok.
Also you may want to take a backup of the data.
