Why doesn't windows 10 mobile have the Bing Search app that Microsoft just updated for IOS and Andro

My wife has an iPhone 6 plus and I decided to download the Bing search app. I was very impressed by the quality and integration of web services. It is truly a one stop shop dashboard! I know that we have Cortana built in and text and voice searching work well. However, other features in that app such as the Bing image of the day, barcode scanner for price comparing, and the near me functionality (nearby gas stations and gas buddy integration) make the app truly great. It would be awesome if we either had the app to download or if they could roll some of these features into Cortana. Possibly a Bing button toward the top that would launch something similar? What are your thoughts?

Love the idea of a Bing button in Cortana. I'm using the iPhone 6s plus and love the Bing app on here. I still use my WP too so I'd love to have this.
