Why is my Lumina 925 (T-mobile) not updating to Denim update?

I have used the developer preview in the past to get updates and while I see on microsoft website that my phone should be eligible to get Denim, for some reason the phone is not receiving the update. I have tried to uncheck the enable and then recheck it again and then hard rebooted the phone and still suggests I am all up to date with the Cyan update.

I had seen something suggesting you needed Denim update before you could upgrade to windows 10 in a few months and was trying to make sure my phone was up to date and ready to go.

The Lumia 925 doesn't get a firmware update with Windows Phone 8.1, so being on 8.1 is like being on Denim for your phone, which is up-to-date.

T-Mo has not released anything past 8.1.

The Preview for Devs is what to use, but you will have to use Windows Insider anyway.
