Why won't my Nokia Icon send pictures?

Nokia Icon Won't Send Pictures

Updated my Icon this week to Windows 10 Mobile and now I can't send pictures via text. Before I do a hard reset and pray, does anybody have any ideas how to fix? Everything I've looked up so far hasn't worked.
