Lumia 950XL because its comparatively expensive and the 'XL' matches my t-shirt size! Haha. Jokes apart, I would like to win it for it has bigger screen, superior processor and higher mAh battery than 950 does.... However L950 has a higher PPI which is quite competitive. But again, the bigger the better for me, so L950XL it is.

Definitely the 950 XL. Because Microsoft has a way with making BIG phones BETTER. And I'm guessing the Snapdragon 810 is going to set a benchmark for speed and performance.
