950XL by a long shot. I've been spoiled by larger Android phones and I can't see myself shrinking down at all. Additionally, I prefer the physical button layout of the XL.

Microsoft Lumia 950 just enough. I used the Lumia 1520 , Lumia 930 now I own . 5 " more convenient for me . Also at this time I have to purchase new Lumia phones . Thank you.

I will want to have the Lumia 950 because it is smaller in form factor, so meaning easier to hold in hand.

I would want to get 950. I like it more than XL, design is more beautiful, size is perfect and it's more compatible with my smaller hands. I would love to get it cuz it would be a nice replacement for my 3 years old HTC 8X device. I can't afford buying a new phone so this would be nice New Year gift for me. AAAND! In my opinion, one of the most important stats: The Lumia 950 XL has WAY lower SAR values than the Lumia 950. I very happy with my Nokia Lumia 920, so a lift-off into the upgraded/updated Microsoft "luminous" world will be awe-yeah-some :3

-one of my friends has it, not that much bigger than my 925 and feels great to hold
-bigger screen for doing all sorts of things - reading, documents etc.
-longer battery
-more powerful
