I would love to surprise my girlfriend with a Lumia 950 as a present. I have the XL myself, but it's too big for her hands. She now has a Lumia 925, and she loves it mainly because of the camera. She will absolutely adore the camera of the Lumia 950. And she deserves one; she supported me a lot when I went through difficult times lately and she inspired me to change my life for the better. And we need to show of these beauties here in the Netherlands!

950xl no doubt. Basically because of the bigger screen. In the last year, my phone has really taken over as my PC, so it'd be nice to have a bigger screen. 950xl also looks marginally better the the 950.

I would chose a Lumia 950 XL in white because it is the most similar to my Lumia 1520 which I love very much. I would probably buy a Moto case for it though

I would like to have the Microsoft Lumia 950 xl because I am driving more and the bigger screen would be great to use as a GPS. I am also a long time Windows Phone user and I really miss the quality camera I had on my 920 and 1020.

I would go with the Lumia 950 (not the XL). I want something I can fit in my pocket yet that is powerful enough to do presentation with at work and show off to my bosses and co-workers with thanks to Continuum.
