I'd pick the 950 simply because I love the size of the 640 - never spent the time with a larger device, and wouldn't want to risk deciding that I don't like it as much. Stick with what you know. I've got long fingers, but I don't think the larger device is very "me" anyways.

Lumia 950. In my opinion 5.2 inch display is the perfect smartphone display. Continuum is the best feature you get on this smartphone. And the Quad HD Display make the 5.2' inch device super sharp!
