I would most definitely go with the Lumia 950XL for the faster processing, better battery life, and last but not least the bigger screen size. I owned a Lumia 1520 and fell in love with the larger screen even if it was a bit unwieldy. Also, I am an IT professional so the idea of having a slightly more capable phone with continuum speaks to me. Plus,being able to say my phone is water-cooled is a geek bonus I can't pass up. I have been a Windows Phone fan since before WP7. When I had my Zune HD I had hoped MS would make a new phone. I believe in their vision and would love to be part of testing the new phone as a Windows Insider.

950 for me. I have the 1520 and while it is awesome with the big screen it is terrible to carry around. So back to a smaller form factor for me. Plus at some point I am going to put W10 on the 1520 and have a big W10 phone anyways. If I win the 950 I can put W10 on the 1520 a whole lot sooner.

Both lumias are best and i would liek to have any one of them but i will choose 950XL over 950 because of following great features i loved in 950XL:
1.liquid cooling technology(not present in 950)
2.snapdragon 810 octacore 2.0 Ghz.
3.obviously 5.7" screen
4.larger battery(3340 over 3000)
5.and last but not the least corning gorilla glass 4

I would definitely go for the 950. I don't have the biggest hands, and so it would be a better fit. Plus, the screen looks beautiful as is, decent camera, the smoothest OS... how can you really beat the 950?

I would like to have Lumia 950.
I wasn't a fan of Lumia devices but after the arrival of Lumia 950 and 950 XL, I'm a huge fan of it.
It's processor , camera, windows hello, liquid cooling,and of course windows 10 are too awesome.
hope I would win it so that I could show others that Microsoft can also build great devices.
And they have built it.
