I would pick Lumia 950xl because there is no much difference in the sizes of 950 and 950xl yet xl has got bigger screen, bigger battery and ofcourse the camera part (the design) looks better than 950.

I would love to have the Lumia 950 XL, I loved the Lumia 900 when it first came out, and I am used to using a larger phone, I currently have a Note 4 5.7" phone, but currently am using a Lumia 640 AT&T phone as my daily user. I love the phone and would like to have a better one for use.
