I would pick the 950XL because I like having more real estate on my screen and 4.5" is really really getting annoying on my 1020 lol. Would love to own this device! Just don't have the money to spend on it! So here's to hoping to winning!!!

The 950 is my choice,

I already checked it three times in a shop for different things I heard and read about.
- Size fits perfect for me
- no noises from the back cover for me
- and the nonmetal body makes a way better appeal to me than most people are complaining about. I mean high-tech and durability does not automatically mean ultra-thin metal which is not capable of taking more force then plastic.
And one additionally important point for me actually is, I am running on a 930 and can?t wait to get more storage to my w10m.

950XL Need to replace 1520 which got ran over by SEMI TRUCK, the camera, and earpiece speaker don't work and the screen is cracked but it's hard going back to a small screen phone.

my 640 XL changed the game! love the larger screens, feels great to have so much more real estate and a faster phone than my 1020. The camera is still great, and honestly, I'm excited to see what windows 10 can do with these new devices. I am still a windows phone fan, and can't wait to have a 950 XL in my hands!

I just ordered the 950 for my GF. If I don't win, I'll get the XL. Size wise it's not a big difference. However, I love both devices (although I was very skeptical before I had one in my hand. Even my GF thinks they are nice looking devices )
