Definitely the Lumia 950, mainly because of it's smaller size. The screen is large enough though for a comfortable everyday use.

Would be cool to get a Lumia 950XL I still love my 1520 very much in everything; size, outstanding camera and the amazing yellow colour! Hard to swap it for the 950XL but this is a nice opportunity
