windows freezing

Every 5 to 10 minutes, all the tabs I have open no matter what it is, google chrome, counter strike, etc freezes for about 20 seconds but i can still hear audio and on chrome i can still use my mouse but not click anything. Its very annoying, some say its because I have a amd Gpu but I cant find out exactly why. Its only started happening after I updated to windows 10. Please help!
