i think they were going to introduce a new skydrive app which can work as file manager.
and can you explain more in detail about ghost notifications?

Ghost notifications are those that don't prompt a full notification toast or other kind of pop up. This would be things like Facebook "likes" or tags, new story on WPCentral (tile count increase), things like that.
