Windows Phone apps not updating correctly anymore?

Hi,

I've noticed this a week ago...
When WPCentral said that Jetpack Joyride was giving "free" stuff I've opened the game and the stuff was still costing coins...
So WPCentral notice gave an update telling people to reinstall the app.
Reinstalled and got the free stuff =]

Ok...
Yesterday I was installing the SysApp Pusher app in my mother's Lumia 520.
When I've opened to check for updates, it showed to me the new GDR2+Amber feature "call + sms block"...
Went to my Lumia 820, updated the SysApp Pusher and no new feature for me.... =/

So I've remembered when WhatsApp released the voice message...
We had to reinstall the app too to appear the new funcionality...

Is this a bug or I'm just crazy?

It could just be that the 820 update is not available in your area yet. Of course you can always reinstall the app and give it a try if you want.
