Windows phone upgrade windows 10 & Apps lagging .

Hi, Iam Balaji and i am using windows lumia 925 phone for the past 2 years and i found for recent upgrade to windows10 in myphone causes some poor quality on photos which i take from camera, do i need to restore it back to windows 8.1 .Also windows app store lags in apps when compared to android or iphone apps,any forecast to oversee the same generic apps will be available in windows store?
