Windows server reboot validation steps?

Hello, I need to move windows physical server (windows 2008) and want to perform pre/post QA.
Can someone please help me put up a validation checklist together, i already have some things that i should look at.
validate interfaces and routing table.

What else i should be validating?

Off the top of my head:Fans turning.Disks spinning.PSU's p'ing.Rails securely in rack.Server securely in rails.Cabling at old location removed.Cabling at new location installed correctly.Rack diagrams, asset registers etc updated (both locations).UPS's tested.Services running.IP address configured correctly.iLO/DRAC configured/available. Whatever the server serves, being served.Local/remote access.Support arrangements updated (hardware/software).Insurances updated.Monitoring agents/tools updated.Backup jobs amended as needed.Restore tests done.

Thanks a lot for that information, but i will be validating it remotely after the server powers back on, What else do i need to keep in mind besides network interfaces and enabled services?
