WM10 Apps Crash

All of may apps crash constantly. It can be mail, text, twitter, games, internet, Cortana, it doesn't matter they all do it. And not occasionally, it's so often I want to smash this phone. And it doesn't matter if the apps are on the sim card or not. Sometimes the apps don't just crash but my phone reboots itself.

This is a Nokia 1520 running the latest update of Windows Moble 10 as of June 6, 2016. Its been doing this for about three months and it's getting worse.
This was a great phone on WM 8.1 but no longer. I've learned to hate it.

Is this happening to anyone else and what have you done to repair it? Any info would be great. Thanks

when you say the latest update, which version do you mean? There's 10586.318 and 14354

Go to settings > system >about and check under OS version

The best suggestion I can give you is to do a hard reset (factory reset). It should solve all these issues

Or as it was great on WP8.1, use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to rollback to 8.1...

I really don't want to have to reset my phone. It took weeks to get the text working. But if I have no choice then so be it. Thanks

don't do a restore from backup after doing the hard reset. That will help further

Make sure to backup your data like photos, music etc.
