Windows phone 8.1. is now being downloaded for my NL HK Variant , THIS IS A 2 PART UPDATE. It will update windows phone 8 then you have to go back into setting and go to phone update and will update to 8.1 make sure the update is licensed by Microsoft which prompts a user license agreement.
