If you are trying to work out why this is happening...don't bother! Just go to Nokia Care and get them to sort it out. I had a new motherboard put into my phone. When I got it back I restored it to exactly the state it was before. Not one reboot since and it has been over a month now. BTW it took several visits to Nokia and each time I took it back to them in its shutdown state to prove that it would not restart without a soft reset. This is almost certainly not a software issue.

I was perform dozen of testing during couple of days, installing, uninstalling apps, resetting phone to factory state and I could not see any relationship between random shutdown and installed apps and apps running in background.
On my opinion, the right solution for this problem it would be event log on the phone. In terms of that, does anyone have some idea can this be developed and does anyone knows what data are included in feedback to Nokia and Microsoft that phone do it by self if we enable it via setting?
