anyone have lagging + other weird problems in lumia 620 ?

i did this twice : setting -> about -> reset your phone ----- and still have problems in it
soo this equal 3 buttons method cuz 3 buttons did not worked

Also mine is from UAE, and has exactly same OS and firmware version as yours.
I had the problem again yesterday (second time), and again restarting phone solved it.
If the problem still exists, I think you should take it to Nokia Care Center, or ask for a replacement.

Yesterday my 620 froze on a setting's screen so i turned the phone round to remove the back cover and the camera started taking photos and the flash was blinding my eyes lol anyway i pulled the battery and it went back to normal. And i've also had the time go all the way down the screen when i switched between apps which i also had to reset the phone for. Am hoping phone will be fine from now on though.

try to update the firmware,using ''nokia sofware updater for retail'',mine updated to 1030.5603.1304.6,i dont know whether the update fix anything,but it worth trying,if the problem persist.

what version Nokia Software updater you use? I got my firmware up to 1030.5603.1304.0001. Still didn't fix the problem.

Btw py pushing power button for ~10 second you get the same effect as taking battery from the phone. Been the standard on touch phones for years.

Not on Lumias. Lumia hard reset is power + volume down.

I got my Lumia 620 the first day it released in Indonesia, and after a day using it, I found a hairline polygon on the right screen. I can't notice any of it at the moment I bought it on Nokia Store, because the phone theme is dark, but when I opened Office - with light background, I can see it clearly. So I took it to Nokia Store, and they directly replaced mine with the new one. They said it's factory fault. After that, I never had any issues anymore with the screen. So weird to see some videos you posted here, it seems to be a malfunction of the GPU component inside the phone, or the driver maybe. You should have your phone repaired or replaced.

I'm thinking more of a software issue because my phone experienced it twice, and both happened when I restart my phone. Restart again and it's gone for long. Last time it happened was 2 weeks ago after 2 months of ownership.

Fixed

I used "Nokia Software Updater for Retail". My phone is a Chinese model. A new version of the firmware was recently released and it fixed my issues. It seems to have been a software issue this whole time and not hardware.

Radio software version: 2.0.242008.6
Chip SOC version: 8227

Steps:

1. Download and install "Nokia Software Updater for Retail". Mine is version 2.0.6
2. Start program. Program will ask you to please connect a device.
3. Connect your 620 via USB cable.
4. The program will tell you what kind of phone you have plugged in and software version. It will also tell you what version of software you are able to update to. Click the update button and it will download the firmware and install it.

For my Chinese 620 it did. Depending on what region your firmware is, it might not have a new firmware released yet that fixes this issue. Just keep checking and updating.

I have also had the multipule tile issue on screen where everything is doubled up. And it has happened 3 times in a month which is not biggy.

Yes, it is same as factory reset. However, as WP8 has the backup feature where all your phone settings, apps and text messages are backed up on the server, you just need to set up your home screen and set up every app.
