Can't get sound, can't get app menu, now low resolution?

My computer updated and sound no longer worked, to quick work around that I uninstalled the update. By uninstalling the update I can no longer access the windows Button. After a reboot I can no longer resize my screen's resolution which normally is 1920x1080 it's something more like 800x600 or whatever. I still cannot access the start menu. What is going on?!!

Appears after like the 5th reboot got my reso working, but still can't click the windows button to access the menu.
