How accurate is this list of things Windows Phone 8 can't do?

This does appear to be a troll post but I will say this. The list is all based on things that ios or android users need or want. Using WP is a very different experience than those. Judging our OS against there's on many of these points would be like complaining on an Android board that they don't have live tiles. WP does everything that I need it to do and it does it fast and well. There are things that we all want but really even as is WP is a much smoother experience than ios or Android regardless of any list you put together.

Other things that my Windows Phone won't do:

1) Prepare a healthy, filling breakfast that is ready for me when the alarm goes off at 5:45 each morning;
2) Wash, dry, iron, and fold my laundry;
3) Make me the perfect cup of tea;
4) Ensure that my toiletries are restocked adequately with my preferred brands at the lowest possible prices.

Totally unacceptable!

Yeah! What's up with that???

Somebody get Ballmer on the phone, I want an explanation!

My Windows Phone 8 doesn't make me look like an iSheep sitting at a trendy bookstore or coffee store with every other person there with the exact same phone...

Dude shut up about iSheep already. Most people use ANDROID now. Samsung Android users are the damn sheep now.

Are we all WinSheep?

And if you are thinking about what your phone makes other people think about you at all and you aren't a teenage girl, that's kind of pathetic quite frankly. Most of those "iSheep" don't care what you or anyone else think, they just choose the phone that seemed to suit them best, just like you did. So get over it.

Yes it's a list of things that competing phones can do, that WP8 can't. Motorola/Verizon got a lot of sales out of their "Droid DOES" campaign, pointing out things that they did better than iphone. The list isn't wrong, and any one of those features could be something that is important to a potential customer of WP8. Just because you are completely satisfied doesn't mean these aren't real shortcomings. For some people, WP8 is a perfect fit. But for many of us, it's not perfect, it's just that it has some advantage that put it at the top of the list, or that we just wanted to change away from the limitations of iphone or the frustations of android. This "love it or gtfo" attitude that pervades these forums is simply not constructive to adding users to the WP8 ecosystem, which is in turn critical to sustaining the growth of the platform and getting developers on board.

Then you must not have seen the commercials with Zooey Deschanel, Samuel Jackson and John Malcovich for siri. Or is it a case of selective memory?
Did you not quote where I say I saw Apple using celebrities in their ads? Your reading comprehension is terrible, man.

Android phones are tiny laptops.
Windows Phones are excellent phones.

See the difference? One os is better suited for tablets/laptops, the other is an awesome PHONE.
