Dinner last night. Fried rice with potato, onion, peas, cilantro and yogurt. Quite delicious.

Sunday Breakfast - His and her omelets made with Egg Beaters egg whites, chicken breast, green olives, onion and topped with smoked gouda cheese. Pork sausage and toast.

Breakfast today, a little bit of everything. Croissant, upma, sweet saffron rice pudding, gulab jamun and cashew cake.

Dinner last night was pizza and French fries at Staples center. We took the little one to see Disney on Ice.

If you want good pizza, you gotta try the thin crust from Marino's in Wood Dale, IL. It's awesome!

Monday Breakfast - His and her omelets made with Egg Beaters egg whites, Italian roast beef, green olives, onion with one topped with smoked gouda cheese. Hash browns and toast.

Steak and fries at TGI Fridays. Also had a platter and sesame chicken strips but was too hungry to get a pic :winktongue:

Lunch yesterday. Leftover rice with chopped onions, crushed ginger, garlic, serrano pepper, salt, corn meal and cake flour, rolled into little dumplings and deep fried. Very tasty...
