Tuesday Breakfast: Making my double egg and green olive breakfast sandwich:

Caramelizing the onions with green olives in little olives oil
Adding the first egg
Adding the second egg
Placed inside a bagel - voila!

Just a hamburger patty

This is called the the "Ranch Hand" on the menu at the place we frequent.
Different versions of the Ranch Hand can include:
Bacon
Sausage (patty or link)
Chorizo
Linguica
Rib steak (at extra cost)
Corn beef hash
Waffle
Single pancake

Comes with 4 slices of toast too...

The kitchen sink breakfast burrito at this place is to die for.
I just can't eat like that these dayz...
