Wednesday Lunch/Dinner: Injected 4 skinless/boneless chicken breast with Tony Chachere, creole style butter http://shop.tonychachere.com/creole-style-butter-17-oz-p-21707.html yesterday. Placed them inside Reynolds oven bags (to keep them moist) today and baked them in the oven. They are delicious!

Talking about sub shops, a few years ago an area within a one mile radius of my house got flooded with franchise sub shops. I have no idea why it happened. Today, there are only three left within a one mile radius of my house, two Subways and a Jersey Mike's. A lot of people invested a lot of money for one of those franchise shops and now they'll all gone, except for three.

So today was my work xmas lunch. It was at a Gastro Pub as we call them. Food was nice.

I had - crab tart as starter, pheasant as a main and waffle with ice cream as dessert.

Mmmm...
Pretty good or bad for some.
Nothing like you guyz see or the on the East coast.

We're having light flooding here.
The winds really trashed yards around here that had loose stuff laying around.

We have drain pumps running to keep the pool and the side of our house pumped down so the water won't flood the garage.

Looking out front I can see our neighbors using brooms to push the water out of their garage.
They get the run off from the yard next door.

I shouldn't say this...at least our power is still up lol

Funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I was given this at work for Halloween and I haven't eaten it yet. I'm not sure to feed it mice or eat it myself. The instructions are sheer hilarity...
