Wednesday Lunch/Dinner: Injected 4 skinless/boneless chicken breast with Tony Chachere, creole style butter http://shop.tonychachere.com/creole-style-butter-17-oz-p-21707.html yesterday. Placed them inside Reynolds oven bags (to keep them moist) today and baked them in the oven. They are delicious!
