Saturday Breakfast - Omelet made with Boca vegetarian sausage, onion, green olives and pimentos, with mash potatoes on the side.

Dinner last night in London and dessert.

The place we went to last night was sort of an fusion place. Mix of American, Asian, African and Mexican flavours. It's called Giraffe.

I had a chicken burger, Mex style and chips. Wife had a 'herb' chicken with sweet potato chips. I had a nice Swedish Cider to go with it, strawberry and lime.

Dessert is a waffle with banana, ice cream and chocolate butterscotch sauce.

Sunday Lunch - Wife worked late and brought home Chinese last night, so I am having leftover for lunch. Chicken fried rice and potstickers.

The two cakes I mentioned I was making.

One is a cheese cake the other is chilli chocolate brownie. (not sure if a brownie is a cake...)
