I forced myself to a diet of banana, Apple, and boiled eggs this week. But last night I gave up and ordered this chili crab from my Singaporean friend who owns a restaurant.

Ignorance, there is a cure.

Sunday lunch was ultra spicy fried rice. Sauteed some onion, garlic, serrano peppers, French green beans, mushrooms, tofu and spicy tofurkey sausage with rice, hoisin and sriracha sauce. There you go folks recipe included as well in the description. Very tasty but spicy!

I don't know why, but even in the mornings, I'm digging for some sushi.
Who am I kidding, I always want sushi.

Really.I feel like I am eating enough for all of my meals... I make sure I have lots of fat, protein and vegetables and I feel satisfied at the end of the meal. But, I am still feeling hungry again after a few hours and find it difficult to wait for my next meal! AND I know it's hunger because yes, I am willing to eat steamed fish and broccoli (as the Whole30 email suggests to use as a test). Does this mean I should eat MORE during these meals? Or should I have a healthy snack? I don't want to hurt myself by overeating, because I know myself and I know I can eat A LOT and don't want my portion sizes to get too big. Let me know what you think! Thanks!!
:winktongue:

We're not dietitians....

When it comes to how much food we require daily everyone is different. Sometimes eating several small meals a day suits some people while others prefer the standard 3 meals a day. Others can survive with one large meal. I've run across all scenarios.

Do what works for you and your body. Maintain a healthy level of calories and exercise and you'll be fine.

This topic is about food porn by the way not food advice. :P Just letting you know. :P

If you're concerned about your eating habits I'd see your doctor.
