Lunch yesterday - spinach and peas in a tomato, onion and cashew paste, rice and tomato lentil soup.

Last Thursday was National Donut Day so I had a glazed one...

Lunch last Thursday - rice and beans with a bunch of salsas and creamy spinach soup.

Friday breakfast was an everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese and coffee.

Friday lunch was tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich with tomato, Jalape?o and avocado along with a cup of fruit.

Breakfast today was homemade spicy corn and chickpea flour fritters with tea.

Had an excellent meal at Root Down in Terminal C, Denver International Airport.

Colorado Green Chilli soup.

Colombian cheese griddle with pesto and sprinkled with spicy cream cheese and diced jicama.

Dinner last night was spicy Thai Curry Noodles with tofu and vegetables. Homemade and really delicious.

Dinner at the GF's. She made brown rice and beans, baked chicken and cole slaw.
