Chocolate isn't vegan, but it would be cool if the bags were made of chocolate.

Unfortunately those aren't chocolate, however, to correct you, yes, chocolate is vegan, it's plant based. Milk chocolate isn't but a lot of dark chocolate is.

When you get 70% or more dark chocolate you typically have no milk in it. It depends on the brand too. Some have traces of milk or milk fats, others don't. Just depends.

I posted the dark chocolate I liked here once but I can post it again. The bar I eat is the 85% dark chocolate ones. A fine eat.

Our Tesco carries that brand along with several others. The main grocery stores here (except Waitrose, though I think they're slowly coming around) are targeting gluten and dairy free more. Vegetarian and vegan options are becoming more available.
