IE big problem

Hello wp users,i love to watch movies and anime's on my lumia 520,but when i updated to 8.1 i cant see any, when i try to watch,well nothing happens,thats frustratring,sometimes my screen is freezing and block,sometimes say "video couldnt been decoded"i cant see neither .mp4 videos downloaded....I heard about hard reset but i really don't want to lose my data ...
P.S:I apologize for my bad English,is not my matern language

You could try the soft reset also.

I had the same problem
Just pull the battery out of your lumia 520

Still not working...This scare me like ****...

No data lost with a soft reset.

Hold volume down and off button together for over ten seconds.
Phone will restart and come back to just like it was before restarting.
