If I get a new Nokia 950 will I be able to use android and IOS apps?

I am currently using a Nokia Lumia 920 w/8.1. I really like the windows phone and want to continue using it. If I get the 950 does it have something built into it that will allow me to use the android or IOS apps? If not how can I do this? I have looked around and found several articles that are several years old am a little confused. Long story short can I get this phone and use it for lets say 5 more years or is it going to be problematic after 2019?
