Microsoft Band stopped giving alerts from notification center, how can I fix it?

Microsoft Band stopped giving alerts from notification center

Since 1st August my Microsoft Band has stopped giving me alerts for notification center. I tried disabling and re-enabling the notification title and even factory reset the Band and repaired it with my Lumia 640XL - what could be the issue?

The Band works fine otherwise. Has anyone else experienced this?

last time I had problems and did a reset it worked.

for resetting your band it is also necessary you remove it from your phone completely.

in MS Health app unregister your band. Uninstall MS Health. Under BT setting remove, delete the MSFT Band entry. Last, factory reset the Band.

Then follow instructions from the Band to set it up again. You need to re-install the MS Health app.

all I can is guess that it is a hiccup in the BT transaction that stops some of the notifications to work. Vague, I know.
